Signed contract for development and supply of special tools to Kia Motors Co., Ltd
US SNAP-ON Development Supply Agreement
Establishment of Tool&Tech Co., Ltd.

2002

US SPX Special Tools Production Agreement
Signed contract for supply of special tools to SsangYong Motor Company (now KG Mobility).
Signed contract for development and supply of special tools to Hyundai Motor Company.

2003

Development and Supply of Special Tools for Small Tactical Vehicles by Ministry of National Defense
Signed contract for supply of special tools to Samsung Motors Co., Ltd

2004

Research, Development and Supply of New Special Tools
Hyundai/Kia Motors, Renault Samsung Motors, and Ssangyong Motor

2005

Acquisition of ISO certification and domestic and foreign production certification

2007

Acquired 4 domestic and international technical patents.

2009

Relocation to new office building in Bongdam

2010

Began development of EV Battery Charge/Discharge Equipment as a future growth engine.
Joint development with the Renault TCR Research Center.

2011 ~ 2020

2012

(Began export to Global Renault.)
Completed development of EV Battery Charge/Discharge Equipment.

2014

Signed contract for development of battery charge/discharge equipment with Kia Motors.

2015

Launched new business: EUROLUB Lubricant.
Signed exclusive distribution rights contract in Korea with EUROLUB GmbH (Germany).

2016

Direct export of Kia Motors' battery charge/discharge equipment to Europe.

2017

Signed agreements with nationwide distributors for general equipment sales.
Signed supply contract with the Korea Automotive Repair & Service Association (Carpos).
